What a trip! My daughter and I had such a wonderful time. The Azores are so beautiful and the people are so friendly and kind. Having the trip fully arranged was perfect for us. Antonio, our guide on Faial was sweet and knowledgeable – we truly appreciated his deep love of Faial and his knowledge of the history and the flora.
Pico was so interesting! We absolutely loved the wine and the vineyards were magnificent. The weather was so changeable! When we had little visibility for the vistas, we enjoyed the history and the museums.
Sao Miguel was spectacular. And Ricardo made the whole thing perfect. He was such an amazing guide – he treated us so well, he had great humor and love of the Azores. We considered him a dear friend at the end of our two days together.
On our last day we walked the city until it was time to leave – so many beautiful parks! The botanical garden was magical. We really loved the Azores and it was made so much better because of the guides.
Thank you for everything. This trip was a celebration for my daughter who just graduated college and it was the perfect gift. The gift of the Azores!
