This guarantee applies ONLY to those reservations booked via our Hotel page powered by Booking.com.
Conditions
When you book via our hotels booking page, powered by Booking.com, you’re getting the lowest possible price at the time of booking – guaranteed.
If you find your reservation on another website at a lower rate, contact Booking.com customer care team right away. Booking.com will match the price of the other deal if:
- You contact Booking.com immediately after booking with all the details of the other deal including a link to the offer on the website and the exact price being quoted.
- The other deal is bookable online and is still available when we check.
- The other deal is subject to the same booking conditions you’ve chosen with Booking.com. This means:
- It’s the same property.
- It’s the same room type, apartment type, etc.
- The check-in and check-out dates are the same.
- It has identical room conditions attached (including the meal plan, cancellation policy, package offer, etc.)
- The conditions of your booking with us still allow penalty-free cancellations and modifications.
If Booking.com can’t match the rate of the other deal because one of these conditions is different, you still keep your existing reservation – including the cancellation policy.
Booking.com Best Price Guarantee offer doesn’t apply if:
- You book through a website that doesn’t reveal which property or accommodation type you’ll be staying at until after you’ve booked.
- You book using:
- Special membership rates
- Frequent stayer rates
- Loyalty points
- Any rewards programs or special promotions made available by the accommodation provider
- You don’t contact us until after you’ve checked in.
