The place looks like a town’s square and the center is adorned with a beautiful statue of King Jose I, riding a gallant horse. The building is in the shape of a U with beautiful galleries in the arms of the U. This beautiful parish overlooking a river will make you want to catch your breath at the sheer magnanimity of the place. Translated to “park of the nations”, it was formed from parts of other parishes. The place features in a number of Instagram posts by users who flaunt the place’s natural beauty, the gorgeous infrastructure overlooking the riverfront, the cruise ride organized at the parish or even a bird watching expedition- capturing and posting colorful bird sightings.
