Upon your arrival at Lisbon Airport, you'll be warmly greeted and transferred to your hotel. After checking in, settle in for a delightful 2-night stay in Lisbon, with accommodations on a bed-and-breakfast basis.

Spend your time discovering Lisbon’s charm, a city renowned for its rich history, cultural treasures, and breathtaking vistas. From historic landmarks to lush gardens and fascinating museums, the Portuguese capital has something for everyone.
- Half-Day Classic Lisbon Tour
(Daily tour departing from Marquês de Pombal Square | Approx. 4 hours)
Start your morning with an unforgettable sightseeing tour that showcases Lisbon’s unique heritage and iconic beauty. Explore the historic sites tied to Portugal’s golden age of exploration, including the Belém Tower, Jerónimos Monastery, and the magnificent Ajuda National Palace (entrance included, except on Wednesdays). The tour continues with a guided walk through Alfama, one of Lisbon’s oldest and most traditional neighborhoods, where the soulful Fado music is said to have originated.
Day 3 to Day 9
Departure from Lisbon to São Miguel, Azores
Check out from your hotel in Lisbon and transfer to Lisbon Airport for your 2-hour flight to São Miguel, the largest island in the Azores archipelago. Upon arriving at Ponta Delgada Airport, you'll be transferred to your hotel in Ponta Delgada, where you will enjoy a relaxing 4-night stay on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
- Half-Day Sete Cidades Tour
(Daily tour, departing around 09:00)
Embark on a journey to one of Portugal's 7 Natural Wonders: Sete Cidades. Marvel at the iconic Green and Blue Lakes, which, according to legend, were born from the tears of a shepherd and a princess in a tale of forbidden love. Along the way, visit a pineapple plantation and take in awe-inspiring views of São Miguel’s breathtaking landscapes. - Full-Day Furnas Tour with Lunch
(Daily tour, departing around 09:00)
Delve into the volcanic marvels of São Miguel on an immersive tour of Furnas, a region rich in geothermal wonders. Witness bubbling fumaroles and sample the unique "Água Azeda," a mineral-rich water with a distinctive taste. Visit one of Europe’s oldest tea plantations and savor the traditional “Cozido das Furnas,” a hearty meal slow-cooked underground using volcanic heat. After lunch, explore the serene beauty of "Parque Terra Nostra," where you can unwind with a rejuvenating soak in the park's thermal pools. Please note: Entrance fees are not included.

Day 9 to Day 11
Return to Lisbon
Check out from your hotel in Ponta Delgada and transfer to the airport for your flight back to Lisbon. Upon arrival at Lisbon Airport, you will be transferred to your hotel, where you’ll stay for 2 additional nights on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
- Half-Day Sintra Tour
(Daily tour, departing around 14:30)
Embark on a captivating journey to Sintra, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its fairy-tale charm, medieval streets, and vibrant atmosphere. Stroll through the historic center to discover local crafts and traditional delicacies. The tour then takes you to the picturesque coastal towns of Cascais and Estoril, offering scenic views and a glimpse of Portugal’s coastal allure before returning to Lisbon.
Day 11
Check out from your hotel in Lisbon and transfer to Lisbon Airport for your departure.

Booking your land only vacation
- A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $350 per
person is required to confirm and hold your reservation
- Vacation departures, itineraries and prices are subject to
change until confirmed
- Full payment due 55 days from departure
Booking your Vacation with Air
- This vacation does not have an airfare option. We can hold
your land reservation while you book air. Once you confirm your air
itinerary we can then proceed with collecting a deposit and confirming
your land portion
Cancellation Policy
- Deposit is non-refundable
- Cancellation up to 55 days prior to arrival: $350 per person
- Cancellation with 54 or less days prior arrival, "no shows" and unused services - No
refund
- A cancellation is only valid after our services acknowledge the request and confirms that it's cancelled
Refund Fees
- The credit card fee assessed when making payments, will be subtracted from any refunded payments, including deposits refunded due to services requested not available for date of booking.

Booking Changes

Ponta Delgada - The Lince Azores Hotel
Situated just 0.6 miles from Ponta Delgada Marina, The Lince Azores boasts an inviting indoor heated pool that extends outdoors, with a covered section during the winter months.
