Itinerary

Day 1 - Lisbon

Arrival at Lisbon Airport and transfer to the selected hotel. Free rest of the day.

Day 2 - Lisbon

Lisbon tour by TUK TUK and food & wine experience. The most authentic experience of Lisbon combining history, iconic sights and portuguese gastronomy. See some of the typical Lisbon quarters from Bairro Alto to Chiado and Rossio, admire beautiful views of the ‘city of seven hils’ and experience some portuguese ‘tapas’ & wines. Duration 2:30 hours.

Day 3 & 4 - Cascais

Take the train to Cascais from Cais do Sodré train station in Lisbon. Note: Transfer from hotel to train station in Lisbon and from train station in Cascais to hotel are not included.

Change into your flip-flops and board a train for the world famous seaside village of Cascais, one of 2016’s hottest destinations. Spend two nights and two sunny days enjoying the sights and beauty of the Estoril Coast. Consider a trip to the hillside village Sintra and its famous palace or contact us for more day tour ideas.

Day 5- Cascais/Evora

Check out from your hotel in Cascais and leave the sea and head for the hills. Board a train for Evora, in the famous food- and wine-producing Alentejo countryside. Go to Lisbon at ‘Cais do Sodre ’ train station and take a taxi or the Subway to the ‘ Oriente Railway station’ in Lisbon. (Transfers from hotel in Cascais to ‘ Cais do Sodre ’ train station and from here to Oriente station’ are not included).
Take the train to Évora and travel in First Class for approximately 1h30 hours to Évora station. Transfer included from the train station to the Hotel. Check in at hotel in Évora, where you will stay for two nights on bed and breakfast basis.

Day 6 - Evora

The walled UNESCO World Heritage City walks its visitors through the history of Western Civilization, from Roman temples to Gothic cathedrals - which is why the Portuguese call Evora the "City Museum." As you explore the city's architecture, gastronomy and handicraft, you will experience a bounty of flavors, smells, colors and shapes. Roam the town and see the Roman temple, the Romanesque Gothic Cathedral, Church of Sao Francisco and the Bones Chapel.

In the afternoon, take a private transfer ( to visit a wine cellar with Wine tasting (included 1 selected wine from Fundação Eugénio de Almeida) transfer back to your Hotel at Évora (also included)

Day 7 - Evora / Lisbon

Check out of the Hotel in Évora. Transfer included to the train station, first Class tickets, from Évora to Lisbon for about 1 h 30 to Oriente railway station”. Note: Transfer from train station not included.

Return to Lisbon for one last unforgettable meal and stroll through town before your journey home.

Day 8 - Lisbon

Transfer from Hotel to the airport and return home.

A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $350 per person is required to confirm and hold your reservation

Booking your Vacation with Air

This vacation does not have an airfare option. We can hold your land reservation while you book air. Once you confirm your air itinerary we can then proceed with collecting a deposit and confirming your land portion

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable
Cancellation up to 36 days prior to arrival: $350 per person
Cancellation with 35 or less days prior arrival, "no shows" and unused services - No refund
A cancellation is only valid after our services acknowledge the request and confirms that it's cancelled

Refund Fees

A 3.9% credit card assessed fee will be subtracted from any refunded payment, including deposits refunded due to services requested not available for date of booking.

Booking Changes

Standard Hotels

Evora - Hotel Dom Fernando

Hotel Dom Fernando is located in ten minute walk from the historic center of Evora and features a restaurant and an outdoor pool. It has air-conditioned rooms overlooking the pool or the city.

All rooms are decorated in modern style with a touch of traditional Alentejo detail, and include a satellite TV, radio and telephone. Most rooms have a private balcony or terrace.

Restaurant Sao Bras serves specialties from the local Alentejana cuisine. Guests can also enjoy live music and drinks at Bar Chafariz d’el Rey.

Hotel Dom Fernando is a half mile from Igreja Real de Sao Francisco and the Chapel of Bones. Evora Train Station is less than a 10-minute walk away. Free public on-site parking is available.

- Hotel Londres Estoril

This property is a 5-minute walk from the beach. Located only 1,300 feet away from Tamariz Beach and 1,650 feet from the Estoril Casino, Hotel Londres Estoril / Cascais features an outdoor pool with salt water and a restaurant. Cascais is a 15-minute walk away. Free high-speed WiFi is available in all areas. All rooms and public areas - such as the restaurant, bar, lobby and pool areas - were recently subject to renovation and improvement works. Each room has a flat-screen satellite TV, telephone, mini fridge and a desk. The modern private bathroom comes with free toiletries. Most rooms have balconies and all units are air conditioned.

Lisbon - Hotel Travel Park

Hotel Travel Park is located in the East side of Lisbon a mere 300 feet from Anjos Metro Station and a 15 minute walk from the bustling Praca Dom Pedro IV. It has a bar with a terrace.

The air conditioned rooms at the Hotel Travel Park Lisboa have wooden furnishings. They include a sitting area with satellite TV and a private bathroom with signature amenities.

Guests of the Hotel Park can enjoy a rich buffet breakfast. The hotel serves snacks and light meals in the bar and offers room service. On warm days, meals can be enjoyed on the spacious terrace.

A 24-hour front desk and car rental services are among the useful facilities offered by the Park Lisboa.

Superior Hotels

Evora - Evora Hotel

Evora Hotel is a 5-minute drive from Évora's city center and 10 minutes drive from the train station. This hotel offers two outdoor pools and one indoor heated pool. All guest rooms have a private balcony, minibar and TV as well a view to the Alentejo's plains.

In addition to the traditional Sol Poente, the Evora also has the Lounge Natural Living restaurant which serves a variety of light meals with natural ingredients. The bar has refreshing drinks and snacks.

After a work-out in the gym, guests can relax in the hot tub or sauna. Babysitting services are available upon request. There are also various spa treatments and massages. Golfers can use Évora's driving range.

Lisbon - Hotel Mundial

Set in Lisbon’s Baixa Pombalina district, this 4-star hotel features a terrace with panoramic city views. It is a 2-minute walk from Rossio Square and offers free on-site private parking.

Rooms at the Hotel Mundial have air conditioning and traditional-style furnishings. They come equipped with satellite TV and a minibar. The private bathrooms include a bathrobe and hairdryer.

The Veranda de Lisboa Restaurant offers local cuisine in an a la carte style. Both the restaurant and the rooftop bar offer extensive views of Lisbon. There is also a wine cellar, where guests can attend wine tasting sessions hosted by experts.

Hotel Mundial is a 5-minute drive from St. George's Castle, and is a 10-minute walk from various shops and restaurants.

Estoril - Hotel Pestana Cascais

This 4-star hotel on the Estoril Coast features an indoor pool with a hot tub and a sauna. The outdoor pool and the palm gardens offer Atlantic Ocean views.

All rooms at Pestana Cascais feature a spacious balcony and an outdoor sitting area, with ocean or garden views. They come with a kitchenette, including a fridge.

The Oceano restaurant serves Portuguese and Mediterranean cuisine and hosts various theme evenings. The indoor Atlantico lounge bar and the pool bar offer light snacks and drinks.

Hotel Pestana Cascais provides a shuttle service to central Cascais and Guincho beach. The hotel is 12 miles from Lisbon Airport.
