The tour will continue to Braga, the oldest religious capital of Portugal. Sameiro and Braga´s Bom Jesus Sanctuary are places that couldn't be avoided and all because of its singularity. The 1001 steps that the pilgrims climb up to the top of Bom Jesus are one of the most glorious stairways in Portugal. After a visit to these landmarks of faith in Portugal we'll take you to the millennium old historical center of Braga with the oldest cathedral in the country.

After a relaxing lunch break in Braga that will certainly allow you to enjoy the pleasures of the cuisine of the north of Portugal, it will be time to continue towards Barcelos. This town proudly presents one of the most traditional symbols of popular justice and freedom: the rooster of Barcelos. During the visit you will be able to admire centuries of tradition in Barcelo's historical center as well as some of the best Portuguese handicrafts. On the way back to Porto, there will be time to visit the town of Póvoa do Varzim and absorb all of its fishing traditions that are still echoed by the sounds of the waves of the Atlantic crashing the shore.
