We, 2 senior Canadian women, highly recommend the services of Azores.com. We normally plan things ourselves but decided to utilize the services of local experts to make sure we saw as much as possible without having to be packed on a big bus. Having your own, personal driver (NO sharing!) was amazing. Azores.com knows THE best guides. All 5 spoke excellent English and were a wealth of information as well as being courteous, prompt and friendly. We learned more on a half or full day tour with each of them than we would have on our own in a rental car for a week! The accommodations were a nice variety – some bigger modern and some smaller historic hotels. The inter-island flights were at convenient times and the price was far better than we could have arranged on our own. We felt spoiled by having personalized transfers at each island. It was reassuring to know that we had a local contact available if any issue arose (which it didn’t). Thanks to Azores.com we had a wonderful 2 weeks in paradise.
