Package Terms


Booking your land only vacation

  • Vacation departures, itineraries and prices are subject to change. Prices are quoted in US Dollars.
  • A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $300 per room per vacation is required to reserve space for you.
  • Final payment is due 45 days before departure, unless otherwise informed.

Booking your Vacation with Air

  • This vacation does not have an airfare option. We can however hold your land reservation while you book air. Once you confirm your air itinerary we can then proceed with booking your land portion.

Hotel Package Categories

Note: Hotels shown are for reference only. Operator reserves the right to change hotels based on availability, group size or other factors. Alternate hotels will be of same or better quality of service for respective hotel package category.
  • Superior package: includes 4 star superior hotels; may include 5 star hotels

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposit is non-refundable
  • Cancellation 45 - 31 days prior to departure: 30% of total price
  • Cancellation 31 to 7 days prior to departure: 50% of total price
  • Less than 6 days, "no shows" and unused services - No refund
  • If Portugalonline.com/Portugal Online cancels a tour for any reason full refund will be issued

Booking Changes

  • A fee of $35 per person, per transaction, will be charged for any revision or alteration made to a reservation after the booking is confirmed.
